Are there ways to send payment other than via Moneybookers and Paypal?
At the moment, we only support Moneybookers, Paypal, and the credit/debit card and banking solutions provided by them. However we are constantly reviewing and updating our payment solutions as new and viable alternatives come to market
What is a transaction ID? Where do I find it?
A transaction ID is a term used to identify specific payment transactions. Every time money is sent or received, the transaction is assigned its own individual transaction ID. Transaction IDs are typically 16 digits long and contain both numbers and letters. If you have a Paypal account, you may log in and review the transaction ID under recent transactions.
